About the programme

Human Resource Management is about the managerial and leadership process which enable people to give their best in today’s working scenario. To that end, the syllabus content is less concerned with the academic study of Human resource Management, but concentrates more on the development of effective, programmatic, yet innovative solutions to the issues surrounding the need to maximize people’s productivity, efficiency
and effectiveness.

Programme purpose

To produce graduates with adequate skills in Human Resource Management functions which will enable them to modernize the productivity of an organization by optimizing the effectiveness of it's employees.

Programme Objectives

The overall objectives of the course are to give students a through grounding in all aspects of Human Resource Management. In Particular, the emphasis on the course is on giving students the practical know-how to set up Human Resource Management systems and develop strategies for effective utilisation of Human Resource.
